For you to sell your art. 
The space fee and commission are necessary so this sales opportunity can continue.
The cost of flyers, post cards, media ads, face book ads, promotional give away  (lottery tree) bags, packing material and posters all come from these fees.   Most importantly this is a fund raiser for your art club, so what little is left helps to pay the clubs bills.

Show Rules and Guidelines
  • Show Rules and Guidelines are now part of the registration form, with an acknowledgement block to check that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines.
  • The received time of your registration form for the show will determine your priority for the limited resources available, such as electrical outlets, screen covers or any other misc. limited items at the shows.  The sooner your registration is received the higher your priority is with regards to other registrations.
  • All participants are responsible for the lighting of their own displays.  Your location in the room provided for the show, will be determined by several factors, but lighting for your work will not be one of them.   Please supply your own floor lamp, clip on lamps, spotlights, whatever you need to display your work.  We are not in a gallery or museum designed with special lighting for art.
  • All table positions as drawn on the floor plan are final, a copy will be emailed to all participants.   Tables will not be moved or the design modified unless approved by the committee chairperson or their representative at the time of set up.  
  • Any club member is welcome and encouraged to be on the committee to plan the show and layout the floorplan.
  • It is requested that you spend time at your display to answer questions and sell your work.  Other members are taking time from their displays or sales duties to sell your work.
