Founding Day Registration

You may use the form to the right to submit your application for the Show.  Once you click on the submit button an email will be sent to the Committee Chair with your information.  The registration form  must be received before the cut off date.

    Founding Day 2024

    A TENT WILL BE REQUIRED

The commission rate is  20%.

Founding Day Guidelines.

      Founding Day celebration will be June 29th. this year. 
The art clubs participation will be at Marshall Park beside the Library. 

  • The hours will be 11 A.M. until 7 P.M. on Saturday June 29th.
  • There will not be any show fees charged to art club members as other venders will be required to pay to the city and Founding Day committee.
  • Members will be responsible for their own sales ( change and sales tax) while keeping track of the 20% member fee of sales. 
  • If you report your own sales tax from sales you only need to record sales to report you 20% to the club.
  • If you do not have a sale tax number and the club will report your sales tax, you must keep receipts for your total sales (20% plus the sales tax) collected.  Remit to the club your 20% plus the 6% sales tax money, along with you gross sales total for the club tax report.
  • The Club will have an information tent plus ability to record credit card sales for members who do not have a credit card reader.  We did this last year without any issues.  Send the customer to the club tent with a copy of your receipt, we will record and give the a cash register receipt to indicate that they paid for your item.
  • You will need to have your own tent or check with members who have tents to see if they have room to share space with you.  Tents can be rental at the different rental companies if you want your own.
